- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- English proficiency:

- Waiver available for English-medium high school graduates

iCLA offers tuition reduction scholarships from 25% to 100%, awarded on the basis of merit and potential. All applicants are automatically considered upon application. External scholarship opportunities (e.g., JASSO) may also be available.
