The Superbike Technician Course (SBC) at TOC Automotive College is Malaysia’s first and most comprehensive motorcycle technician programme, designed to produce highly skilled specialists for the fast-growing superbike industry. This hands-on course equips students with the knowledge and confidence to work on high-performance motorcycles across all major systems — from engine to electronics.
Covering Levels 1 to 3, the SBC includes in-depth training on engine rebuilding, suspension tuning, fuel and ignition systems, braking technology, and real-world maintenance and diagnostics. Whether you’re new to the industry or upgrading your skill set, this course sets the standard for motorcycle technician excellence in Southeast Asia.

Course Overview
The SBC is designed for passionate riders, tinkerers, and technical minds who want to make a career out of superbike technology. It blends theoretical modules with intensive hands-on learning in a professional workshop setting, preparing students to diagnose, service, and optimise motorcycles.
Each level of the course progressively builds technical expertise — from understanding components to advanced diagnostics and performance tuning.
Course Duration
The Superbike Technician Course is a full-time 18-month programme, divided into:
- Level 1: Motorcycle fundamentals (6 months)
- Level 2: Intermediate repairs and servicing (6 months)
- Level 3: Advanced diagnostics and workshop operations (6 months)
Students spend extensive time in TOC’s fully equipped motorcycle workshop and simulation labs.

Assessments include practical evaluations, group projects, and a final capstone workshop task.
Admission Requirements
Entry Requirements:
- SPM / O-Level: Minimum 1 credit
- UEC: Minimum 3Bs
- Other equivalent qualifications may be considered
- No prior technical experience needed — just interest and motivation to learn
Applicants are encouraged to attend an interview to assess passion for the superbike industry.
