Course Overview
This diploma covers the core principles of hospitality and tourism, with a focus on operations, marketing, and service delivery. Students will gain hands-on knowledge in managing guest experiences, handling travel logistics, and understanding the structure of global tourism systems.
Upon completion, students may progress directly into the workforce or articulate into a relevant undergraduate degree with exemptions.
Course Duration
- Full Time: 12 Months (8 modules)
- Part Time: 18 Months (8 modules)
Intakes are available four times per year: January, April, July, and October.

Assessments are a mix of projects, presentations, and examinations to build practical and academic skills.
Admission Requirements
- 2 GCE ‘O’ Level credits (including English) or equivalent
- NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification
- Completion of PSB Academy Certificate in Business Management
- Mature candidates with relevant experience will be considered
- English Proficiency:
- IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
- PSB Academy English Placement Test (if applicable)
