- Year 1: Foundations of Sport & Exercise Science
- Core subjects in human anatomy, physiology, foundational exercise science, motor control, and an introduction to sport and exercise psychology.
- Year 2: Applied Sport & Exercise Science
- In-depth study of exercise physiology, biomechanics of human movement, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, and research methods in sport science.
- Year 3: Advanced Applications & Professional Practice
- Advanced coursework in specialized areas (e.g., exercise prescription for chronic conditions, advanced testing and training), professional ethics, and a culminating practical experience or project in an industry setting.
Admission Requirements
- Academic qualifications
- Successful completion of a recognized secondary education qualification equivalent to the Australian Year 12, with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or equivalent international score that meets Victoria University’s competitive entry requirements.
