About the Course

The BBA provides a demanding and engaging learning experience. In Years 1–2, you’ll build a strong foundation in humanities, social sciences, and core business disciplines. Years 3–4 allow you to select a major and/or minor for deeper specialization. The program offers experiential learning through optional co-op, research, and international exchange opportunities

Course Overview

Spread over 120 credits, the BBA is structured across two phases: initial grounding in general education and core business subjects, followed by upper-level business, electives, and specialization in a chosen major

4 years full-time, with optional co-op extending study duration depending on placement involvement

  • Years 1–2 (approx. 60 credits): Humanities, social sciences, foundational business (e.g., Intro to Business, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Economics, Communication, Math)
  • **Years 3–4 (approx. 60 credits):**
    Core Business courses (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Law, Strategy)
    • Major (24–30 credits) — options include Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, International Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain
    • General electives (6–12 credits; at least 9 upper-level)
    • Capstone course MNGT 4780: Strategic Management

Admission Requirements

  • BC Grade 12 or mature student status
  • English Studies 12 (≥ 73%) and Foundations/Pre‑Calculus Math 11/12 (≥ C or C+)
  • Conditioned entry available with upgrading in English and/or Math
