The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Culinary Arts at UOW Malaysia blends the mastery of culinary techniques with entrepreneurial thinking and hospitality management. Students will gain hands-on experience in professional kitchens, explore international cuisines, develop menu concepts, and acquire the skills to launch or manage restaurants, catering businesses, or luxury food brands.

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry (Any ONE of the following):
- STPM: 2 Principal Passes
- A-Level: 2 Passes
- UEC: 5Bs
- Foundation in Arts / Business / Hospitality: CGPA ≥ 2.00
- Diploma in Culinary / Hospitality: CGPA ≥ 2.00
- Equivalent qualifications recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)
English Language Requirements:
- IELTS 5.5
- TOEFL iBT 46
- MUET Band 3
- Exemption for English-medium study background
