Course Duration
This is a 4-year degree program divided across 8 semesters, with an additional two co-operative education placements. Students may complete the program on a full-time basis, with flexibility to study part-time.

Admission Requirements
- BC Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- English 12 with minimum “C+”
- Foundations of Math 11 or equivalent
- English Language Proficiency (IELTS 6.5 overall or equivalent)
- Applicants with hospitality diploma or relevant work experience may apply for block transfer into Year 3
